How is my payment handled?

Payments are taken through Credit Card, PayPal or Zip Pay in Australian Dollars. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Shipping is free within Australia.

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?

As soon as full payment has been cleared your painting will be packed and shipped within 5 working days and should be received within 7 days.  Within Australia, pieces are sent by Australia Post or Courier depending on the size.  All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery.

If you live on the Sunshine Coast I will deliver in person.  Please make contact directly to organise payment so you are not charged shipping automatically via the website.

International shipping can vary. I have shipped to the States and it has taken 4 - 8 days door to door. Europe - it 7-14 days. Please make contact for the shipping price.

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

Yes, absolutely I would love to meet you and share a coffee or tea.

What about large or high value artworks?

I appreciate this is a high-value purchase – and a piece of work I have spent much time on! It’s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the Shipping details with each product listing. Please checkout as usual; an estimated shipping charge will be added to your order. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched. According to the delivery service chosen, actual costs may be higher than the estimated cost shown.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.

Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country.  Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

Returns

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.

What about Overseas Returns?

At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Australia.

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
